Here is provided translation od Data Protection terms. Original version is in Czech language available HERE. All references to laws and regulations are towards laws and regulations applicable in Czech Republic (EU law compliant). In case of any disputes the wording of original version prevails.

We run an e-shop on the website https://www.ionickiss.org.

We process certain personal data for the sale of goods and the operation of our website.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC. personal data) ("GDPR")


    I. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

    A. Processing of personal data in case of using the contact form
If you contact us through the contact form, we will work with your contact details, which you provide in them. These are: Name and surname, e-mail address and any other information that you provide to us in the text of the message sent through the contact form. For what reason? We will contact you through them for further agreement regarding our goods.
What is the legal basis? b) GDPR - negotiation of the contract, resp. take pre-contractual measures at your request.
How long will we process personal data If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data no later than 10 years after our last communication.
    B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase
If you buy from us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing information: name, surname, address and telephone number.
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract - to deliver you our goods. We will also communicate with you via the contact details about the status of your order, or about complaints or your questions.
We will further process personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under our law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to settle complaints).
On what legal basis do we process personal data? b) GDPR - performance of the contract and Art. c) GDPR - fulfillment of our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data for the duration of our service and then 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
    C. Newsletters (business communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and you did not prohibit us from making a purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send us our news.
The provisions of Section 7, Paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., On Certain Information Society Services, allow us to do so, if you did not prohibit us from doing so at the time of purchase.

II. WHO WILL ACCESS THE DATA?

Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other people work for us who access the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. They are:
• operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform (Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, IČ 289 35 675, the company is registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395)
• companies involved in the dispatch of goods - Central Warehouse Solution s.r.o., PPL Group, General Logistics Systems, Česká pošta a.s., Zásilkovna s.r.o.
We process personal data only in the territory of the European Union.

III. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

We do not have a designated data protection officer in our company.
In our company, there is no decision-making based on automatic processing or profiling.

V. YOUR RIGHTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The GDPR Regulation gives you, amongst  other things, the right to contact us and want information about what we process your personal data, request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request processing restrictions, you can request a copy of processed personal data us in certain situations the deletion of personal data and in certain cases you have the right to their portability. Objection based on legitimate interest may be objected to.
If you think that we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to take your claims to court.
