If you wish to complain about IONICKISS products or withdraw from the contract, please proceed as follows:
1) fill in the complaint protocol according to the true data (it is also used for returning the goods)
2) send the completed protocol to firstname.lastname@example.org
3) send the claimed goods free of all impurities to the address:

Our complaints department will contact you no later than the second business day after receiving the e-mail about the complaint / withdrawal from the contract. Your complaint will be processed as soon as possible to your satisfaction.
